1.     The Balikatan Orphanage Movement Foundation International Inc.-ONLUS is committed to establish an Institution for the less fortunate and out of school children in the Philippines.  To this end, the Foundation shall tap all communities, civic organization,  government and private sectors and philanthropic individual in sponsoring the task and activities of the foundation.

2.     The Balikatan Orphanage Movement Foundation International Inc.-ONLUS seeks to establish an institution to be called “home” , for the street children, out of school youth and less fortunate to develop and strengthen their spiritual and moral values, to help them strengthen family relations, Filipino customs and Traditions and to live a normal and healthy life.   

3.     The Balikatan Orphanage Movement Foundation International Inc.-ONLUS seeks to provide scholarship grants, recreational and cultural activities, to ensure a good education and to the prevention of drug abuse and other related vices.

4.     The Balikatan Orphanage Movement Foundation International Inc.-ONLUS seeks to organize fund raising activities, solicit donations in cash or in kind or any form of support locally and abroad to be able to nurture the tasks and activities of the foundation in pursuance to the projects and goal.

5.     The Balikatan Orphanage Movement Foundation International Inc.-ONLUS seeks all these to conduct any and all the activities, exercise the proper functions and undertakings in order to accomplish the foregoing mission and vision.
